When was the last time you took coffee to the appraiser or inspector?

Quite often when real estate life gets busy the most important things get left behind.  When we started Sandpoint Realty LLC our main focus was client care.  We wanted to not only sell real estate, we wanted to make a difference in peoples lives.  It isnt just for clients though we have a whole team of people that make up a real estate sale.  Sometimes it is the little things in life that make the biggest differences.  Listening instead of talking; Making yourself available when its not convienent; Communicating well; Being attentive; Mentoring a collegue; Doing the right thing. When was the last time you took lunch to an appraiser, brought a coffee to the inspector, flowers to your favorte title officer, sent a thank you note to a fellow agent, did something nice for the lender? When was the last time you extended a kindness that you knew was not in your best interest and you did it anyway. How long has it been since you unloaded a moving van and you were not the one moving. When was the last time you drove 4 hours to get a signature that you could have sent electronically simply because that person needed that personal touch?  As life gets busy remember it is the little things that make a difference and makes life grand.  Mark McInnes does this stuff routinely and I remind myself to be a better person. Rain Silverhawk
